Keisha-Ann was a great support for my personal development with her on line coaching sessions.
She built rapport with ease - we had a lot of laughs - and her coaching prepared me to secure a new job role and on top of that she provided great advice in terms of negotiating my terms when I secured the role.
She managed to hear the words I wasn't saying during the coaching sessions, which were all done on line. This was great as I'm sure most will testify its not easy building rapport without meeting people face to face - but Keisha-Ann managed that with ease!

Following the end of a 3-month Talent Accelerator Program, my employer offered us a 6 month one to one coaching sessions.
I viewed a few introduction videos from different coaches until I found Keisha-Ann's video. I felt comfortable listening to her, which made it easier to choose her as my coach for the next 6 months.
She made me feel comfortable from our first session and reassured me that these sessions are all about me and what I want to work on and / or talk about.
Keisha-Ann has during all our sessions : listened to me, offered amazing suggestions, challenged me and my thinking (in a very constructive way), guided me by asking me very specific questions.
She encouraged me to have an agenda for each session, which covered different topics, ranging from a weekly work activity that I wanted her input on, to a long-term goal I wanted to achieve and / or be better at or to getting a different perspective about some personal topics.
Getting coaching sessions with Keisha-Ann has exceeded my expectations. She has been and continues to be such a great coach.
I have learnt a lot and most importantly seen such development in my self-confidence while being more intentional about celebrating my accomplishments.
